As we do not operate a centralized online system, please note that certain blocks of seats have already been pre-allocated to the college booth. Similarly, some rows have been consigned to Montfort Boys Town.

SUNWAY COLLEGE BOOTH

 

Students and staff of Sunway College and Monash University are encouraged to contribute and obtain your invitations from the Sunway College booth in the Energy Hub (Operating hours: 10.00 am – 4.00 pm).

 

Payment via College Booth: Only Cash or Cheque accepted.

 

 

RESERVATION & PAYMENT VIA PHONE/E-MAIL

 

For reservation and payment by members of the general public,

E-mail to liamst.reservations@gmail.com (available now), stating the following:

 

(1) The day & time of the performance

(Friday 13 July 8pm; Saturday 14 July 7pm; Sunday 15 July 1pm; Sunday 15 July 6pm)

(2) The seat worth

(Bronze RM30; Silver RM 50; Gold RM70; Platinum RM100)

(3) The quantity of seats requested

(4) Your name

(5) Your direct contact no.

 

Inserting your name in the subject field of any e-mail you send will make it easier for us to filter and follow up your enquiry.

 

Payment via Phone/Email: Only GIRO Transfer, Direct Cash Deposit into a Maybank Machine or Direct Cheque Deposit into a Maybank Machine accepted. See below for more details on payment. 

 

 

RESERVATION & PAYMENT VIA PHONE/E-MAIL: QUESTIONS

 

1. What do I do if nobody picks up my phone call?

 

Kindly leave us a text message or alternatively e-mail to the address above stating the following information:

 

(1) The day & time of the performance (Friday 13 July 8pm; Saturday 14 July 7pm; Sunday 15 July 1pm; Sunday 15 July 6pm)

(2) The seat worth (Bronze RM30; Silver RM 50; Gold RM70; Platinum RM100)

(3) The quantity of seats requested

(4) Your name

(5) Your direct contact no.

 

We will contact you by phone call, as soon as possible, with regard to the availability of your requested seats.

 

Also, inserting your name in the subject field of any e-mail you send will make it easier for us to filter and follow up your enquiry.

 

 

2. How soon can I get a response to my enquiry of available seats?

 

We do our very best to respond to text messages and e-mails within the day of receiving them or the very next day after receiving them.

 

 

3. Can I donate more than the total worth of my seats?

 

In the spirit of charity, we welcome all contributions/donations in excess of the total worth of seats taken.

 

If donors choose to donate more, payments of the actual donated amount will be processed by Montfort Boys Town. Accordingly, if a tax exempt receipt is required, the receipt will be issued for that amount. However, this fact must be clearly communicated to us when our management team member contacts you about the availability of the seats you seek.

 

 

4. How do I make the necessary payment?

 

Action to effect payment should only be made after the LIAMST! management team has contacted you and confirmed the availability of seats for you.

 

Donors choosing to contribute/donate and reserve seats by phone call or e-mail can make payment via the following means:

 

A. GIRO transfer to Montfort Boys Town (512101-354345)

 

1. Transfer amount to 512101-354345, Montfort Boys Town’s Maybank account no.

2. Scan and e-mail transfer slip to liamst.reservations@gmail.com.

3. Fill in the payer’s name in the subject field of the e-mail.

4. Leave us your contact number in the e-mail.

 

B. Direct bank-in / cash deposit to Montfort Boys Town (512101-354345)

 

1. Key in Montfort’s Maybank account no. 512101-354345 into a cash deposit machine (check for Montfort Boys Town’s name) and deposit the cash.

2. Scan and e-mail bank-in slip to liamst.reservations@gmail.com.

3. Fill in the payer’s name in the subject field of the e-mail.

4. Leave us your contact number in the e-mail.

 

C. Cheque Payment to Montfort Boys Town (512101-354345)

 

1. Write a cheque payable to MONTFORT BOYS TOWN (2 Ts in the word “Montfort”)

2. Write the Maybank account number of Montfort Boys Town (512101-354345) behind the cheque.

3. Note the cheque number (top right-hand corner of the cheque) as you will need to communicate this to us.

4. Bank in the cheque to a Maybank branch and obtain a bank-in slip.

5. Scan and e-mail the bank-in slip to liamst.reservations@gmail.com.

6. Your e-mail must also detail the following:

(i) Payer’s name (also insert this name in the subject field of your e-mail):

(ii) Cheque no.:

(iii) Your contact no.:

 

NOTE:

For all the above payment methods, our policy is to hold the seats for 4 days whilst waiting for the scan of your bank-in slip.

 

Once we have received your scan, our management team members will call you up to obtain further details (e.g. details needed for Montfort to issue a tax exempt receipt, etc.)

 

Should we not receive the scan of your bank-in slip within 4 days, we will call you on the 5th day to ascertain your status of payment, and if payment is not made, to notify you that we are releasing the seats to others. 

 

For example, if we begin to hold the seats on Friday (1st day) but do not receive the e-mailed scan by Monday (4th day), we will call you on Tuesday (5th day) to ascertain your status of payment.

 

The above holding policy holds in general. In cases where donors have difficulty sending the scan by e-mail immediately, do notify us as to when the scan will be sent.

 

5. What proof will I obtain in return after settling the payment details and where do I collect my invitations?

 

You will receive an e-mail from the liamst.reservations@gmail.com account which you must print and present at the lobby of PJ Civic Centre upon your arrival for the performance. This e-mail will be sent once we have received your scan with proof of payment by email.

 

This e-mail will detail information such as name of donor, day, date & time of performance, seat numbers, contributed/donated amount, etc. and will facilitate our management team in issuing you the invitations on that day.

 

The counter for collection of invitations will be open one hour before the show.

 

If you did not receive this e-mail, please contact us either by phone or e-mail and state the name of the donor under which the reservation was made. Also state the e-mail address to which you want this confirmation e-mail to be sent.

 

 

6. How will I obtain my tax exempt receipt if I require one from Montfort Boys Town?

 

Montfort Boys Town will mail tax exempt receipts to all donors who make a request for it since all contributions/donations collected are channelled through the bank account of Montfort Boys Town.

 

Please call Montfort Boys Town @ 03-5519-1735/1736/4098/4059, should you not receive your tax exempt receipt within a month.
